The problem, it seems, is my AVG software. I'll uninstall that this weekend
while I'm watching the games and try installing the itunes. Perhaps AVG
has a way to install the itunes while AVG is still on the box, could be easier
than uninstalling and reinstalling AVG.

At least the itunes is installed on my backup box so it isn't a critical need
on the new box.
