Elmer , the use of questions in reaction to such a post indicates to me that your intent is to somehow excuse the large gap between K6-3D performance and that of PII . We are not talking about a difference of 5-10% ,which could possibly be the result of more memory or a slightly faster hard drive etc. The stated difference is 50% or more , which is a greater performance differential than that of Pentium to Pentium pro . Brian PS I was working on computers before Yousef was born .
