As usual, you don't have your facts straight. When the CL/Frank Stauffer question arose last summer I called the company and they faxed me the following statement, which I posted verbatim here on this thread:

"Mr. Frank Stauffer has received from IPM no form of compensation in any regard.

Further to the above, in September or October of 1995 when IPM required electrical contracting work in its newly acquired Goodyear facility, outside estimates were for three electricians at three weeks. Mr. Stauffer greatly aided the company by completing the same in two weeks by himself. Some months later he became part of a hard rock trenching crew laboring on the Black Rock property for a period of about ten days. IPM offered to compensate Mr. Stauffer for his work in both cases, he declined payment".

Let's stick to the facts and not get carried away with false accusations.
