..."Exclusive" is over used for online contracts Yes, and what a false sell that has always seemed to me. AOL (and moreso still in their 4.0 beta) creates seamless joins between Web and internal content. So how valuable is it to be an "exclusive AOL advertiser" when uncontrolled Web pages are mixed in? Although it is true that most AOL'ers spend 70+% of their time within the service, viewing internal content.
