The world he left President Trump three years later included ISIS running much of Iraq and Syria.

Why are you asking about potus Trump taking credit ? Clearly the new CIC changed the ROE’s and turned over the command decisions to those in the field.

Are you in denial ... answer is yes.

The credit goes to US FORCES.

The complete mess left by Obama.. well 0 gets all the credit for that.
