FOR THE RECORD TO: MR.Dempsey Mork FROM: Paul M. Guiffre Mr. Mork, Since you are a part of the story in the stock i own (RMIL), I would like you to answer these question's. You obviously read this thread or have people that read it for you. 1.The short position. 1a. How did you come into your short position? 1b. If you sold these share's for Zapara through your account, is'nt that illegal (free riding).It is my understanding you cannot trade share's for someone else in your account. 1c. Was the stock at a price for it to be legally shorted? 1d. What was the price of the stock when you sold it for Zapara? 1e. Have you shorted any OVIS-RMIL through Canada? 2.MAWORK1-PMT.INC(or PTM.INC)-PHURTY 2a. Per our phone conversation on 1/5/98 you stated you had great influance over MAWORK1 and PMT.INC, are they paid or employed by you for any reason? 2b. Do you exert this same influance over PHURTY and is this person paid or employed by you for any reason? 3. Olympus Adventures Web Site 3a. Again per our phone conversation on 1/5/98, you stated this site was your's. What was your purpose for constructing this site? 3b. Why was this site taken down when it was linked to Magellen Capital? 4. Olympus Ventures 4a. Why did you attempt to take the name of Olympus? 5. Morgan,Breton and Phur 5a. Have you ever in the past had buisness dealing's with Mr.Morgan or Mr.Breton or Mike Phur? If so what were they? I thank you for your time and concideration. Please remember i am accusing you of nothing.I am only a small investor looking for the truth,any information you could provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated. AND TO EVERYBODY ON THE THREAD: I HAVE HARD QUESTIONS FOR THE COMPANY,AND KEY FIGURES HERE, I WILL POST THEM BETWEEN NOW AND SATURDAY.
