Not sure the round in CNBC has the answer. I have been buying the stock in smaller quantities, because I believe it is one of the few reasonably valued industrials out there, with some best in class business (aircraft engines, health care) and the new CEO is very good, imo.

This will need time to play out, but I think eventually, this will be a very good LT hold.
