I didn't notice any new information concerning the above in the latest S3, except that Softbank has less shares -- however, I don't recall seeing any recent filings indicating Softbank sold those shares.

I don't have this detailed information, but MarketGuide has mentioned that they intend to provide it in the near future.

The only thing that really sticks out to me regarding the S3 is that a whole lot of shares can now be sold.
