Was just speaking with a doctor buddy of mine from high school daze.. He is running a semi private clinic in QC.. Fees are still dirt cheap. And in many cases free.. Gov subsidising because he is better than twice as efficient.. Government will control his price.. But not have the waste of fonctionnaires..

To maintain status he needs be open 20/7/365

Takes heat off emerge and far more comprehensive than Ontario walkins
