The ACA was a first good step but we have one problem. The party that was in power when it was fully implemented decided that legislating and governing were bad things. Instead of making legislative changes as needed they litigated the law.

You want to blame the ACA instead of them. I understand why you do this. You probably voted for the scum who refused to govern so blame Democrats who only had two years in office under Obama.
