Mr.Morgan and Mr.Breton,

I am a shareholder of RMIL stock. I would like you to address the following question's i have about MY Company and it's problem's.

1. Financial's

1a. Why have the financial's for 1997 been delayed so long?

1b. It is my understanding the stock cannot trade until you come up with 10k's for the year's 1995,1996,1997. Is this true? and if so how do you plan to remady this situation?

1c. It is also my understanding that the auditor is still owed money for the last audit and can't signoff on any financials,is this true?

2. Boats and Facillities

2a. Why were'nt you upfront with investor's about the status of the Pillar De Caribe?

2b. Why were'nt you up front about the status of the Nicaragua plant?

2c. Why were'nt you up front about the hialliah facillity?

3. MVPH

3a. Do you have a claim about the MVPH asset's? if so do you intend to persue it and how?

4. Share's

4a. Have either of you or anyone with 144 legend or options sold any share's into the market in the last 7 month's? If so, who,how many,and how?

5.Public Float

5a. Why don't you publicly get a shareholder count and verify the public float?

6. $5,000,000 Dollar's

6a. What is the holdup and status of the $5,000,000 dollar's for the merger?

6b. What is the status of the merger now that the money is so late?
