(amazed at how fast Southwell has moved) itek.... chagrined into studying the sucker today.... trading after hours at a MC of about 72M, merging with Rocket Pharma which brings a little cash. Have not looked at details, but believe prospectus shows that merged entity had pro-forma 137M in cash and short term investments. Book listed at 83M. I am trying to understand today's volume and put it in context. Looks like the future of the company is in slide 15 here..... rocketpharma.com Rocket CEO reads like mover/shaker of western world. Website looks like it was born yesterday. Claim three more projects in clinic, next year.
