Humbly report, Doug, it is not any particular one of the risk factors listed in the SEC document that prevents me from placing my pennies on the ZMAX table, but the collection of them. Simply put, every time I've tried outright gambling, I've lost my shirt, pants, underware, boots - the works - so I attempt to invest instead.
As to who has completed any conversion project to the point that it is completely y2k compliant, I humbly believe that TEDennis, David Eddy and others are much more qualified to answer your question, but I have a hunch that they will tell you no project can be considered completely y2k compliant, until it has been proven to be so - sometime after 01/01/2000.
In any case, if you want a more detailed answer to this question, I suggest you ask them, because I am about as far from being a y2k hacker authority, as ZMAX is from being a safe investment. Truth be known - a lot farther!
I humbly realize this does not help you much, but it is the best I can do.
