Your pro forma market cap is way too low. I have an estimate of 147m fully diluted shares post merge, subject to some adjustment if they have above or below a certain amount of cash on hand at closing time. Stock crashed to 89 cents after the merge was announced, pissed off ITEK shareholders I guess.
