2017-10-16 @ 244-pounds . . unfortunately, two good parties this week . . . lots of good bread (hard rolls) AND mashed potatoes . . . plus I took the family out to eat one day . . the kids have complained that I never take them out .. just mom! Happy to have only gained one pound. Back to the good way of eating this week . . no problem.
