DD: As of two days ago, there continues to be no activity towards the construction of the plant, there have been no sightings by townspeople
of business activity, nor trucks delivering supplies to the existing plant or shipping product for some time.

RMCW did not pay tax bills, numbers 4262 and 4825, due by 12/31/97.
They are insignificant, had they been paid as of two days ago, the total would have been $1426.00.

The contractor currently is completing a job in Idaho is my understanding.
