Interesting point which may explain why the $SOX is lower this morning... but I also think the RUT is about to break out higher and surprise everyone... just a hunch... We can't let north korea off the hook just because we can use their resources, they're crazy and must be stopped... we may just have to tighten our belts for a while in order to reduce them to dust, they're a global threat... GZ
