I think north korea is china's forward shield, this is why china doesn't encourage north korea to stop building... I also think iran gave north korea billions of that bribe money in order to continue building and developing... either way, the bottom line is that north korea is a global menace and 40 years of appeasement failed, appeasement never works, just look at history to see the obvious... north korea has to be stopped at all costs... nothing is off the table, and I think it's being planned this very moment...
