Right, they don't mix... and that's because the acidity in the stomach has to be higher to digest meat... when you have potatoes and meat together, then you don't fully digest either... it will pass through you partially undigested and leave you deplete in the nutrients you would otherwise get had the meal been fully digested... the effect is that you feel hungry sooner so you eat again and sooner... a negative and destructive cycle... GZ
