Hi Pat, Thanks for the link. Re: "May Everyone be unemployed." There might be another way to look at this. The financials are tanking in part because the spread on short and long term rates is narrowing decreasing mortgage loan profitablility. Also, it seems that deflation is a lot scarier than inflation; therefore, if our jobs report comes in strong, with increasing wages, won't that buoy confidence in the US economy? It will bump rates up slightly but they might now be artifically low. Just a thought Lee
