How does that OCR-24 line in Westlake fit into the picture now? Bob.

Bob, this might be a clue. Perhaps someone could elaborate.
According to Frank Peters, Franklin's president and CEO, "We
will use this additional space which
is contiguous to our present location to expand our FNet
division and facilitate testing of the
Tempestr product line. This is also a first step toward
allowing FNet additional space physically
next to the FNet NOC (Network Operations Center) in
preparation for FNet becoming a stand
alone company via an IPO."

Mike Peters, Engineering Manager adds, "The new space is
adjacent to the OC 24 fiber optic cable
installation, which means that we have several directions in
which we may expand outward from this
location! This will double our existing headquarters space
within this building. It will also provide
necessary space in which to accommodate a new capital
equipment expansion of two Cisco 7500
routers and two DEC Alpha 1000 servers."
