If you go to Paramount Captial's home page you can read about their philosophy. This is a direct quote "Paramount's principal investment objective is to seize the greatest appreciation potential for leading institutional and other sophisticated investors through private equity offerings." What does "greatest appreciation potential" mean to you? My opinion is: greatest appreciation can be gained if the stock price is low! With all this wait for an announcement on financing, the stock is sure taking a beating. My guess would be that after the announcement you'll see more press releases and let's hope an increasing stock price. Seems like I read somewhere that all press releases have to be approved by Paramount Capital before release. Can anyone verify that?

Doug.
