HI GZ, NOT CALLING A TOP BUT DO THINK WE NEED A RESET!! If you track Les's numbers on his thread, the semi's have reached a Macd phase change of 4.20. The last time it got that high it hit 4.61on June 8th - it then reset by going down to a negative .85 on July 6th. That was 19 straight days of decline. 2 cs is very very low and flip flopping with in a very low range. This month has been a rare up into WWW and has so far extended up more into expiration. The MM need some inventory at a discount unless they are creating stock by short selling?? If so a bigger reset will ensue. Clx faces headwinds on the 30 now and the ten day next week. I've sold some big fat juicy calls that expire in January (BRKS )and February (COHU)on some semis' that I'm carrying a double (COHU)and a triple on(BRKS). First selling I've done in years - hoping I can make a trade out of it or turn it into a big dividend yielder for a pay raise next year. Very long on the rest of the portfolio just in case this is the real deal. This morning's big futures pop is the reverse of the nice grind em up we've enjoyed this last week. Just noting the change and an extended run! Bob I'd like to see pause that refreshes in here.
