A 250,000 share buyback is nothing to write home about especially when you consider the millions of shares coming to market when that SB-2 finally gets deemed effective.

The forward looking statement about 20% sales growth next year should give the "sky's the limit" crowd some pause. Sales were up something like 2,000% last quarter. Talk about yer slowing growth.

The fact that Quigley continues to ignore the existence of the SB-2 in their public statements is a little bizarre. They should either withdraw it or do what they need to do to get the thing deemed effective.

Good luck (BTW, still have not had a chance to put CE through its paces. Incredibly mild winter here in the northeast.)
