I rarely take medication either:) It is just that I think medication, especially psychiatric medication, is over-prescribed as the easy way out these days, especially in North America. Sure, some will need it, but I believe that with the lighter cases as long as proper coping mechanisms are in place (and I guess proper diet and mindset as per the video), things will fall into place slowly but surely. It goes without saying that there should be a loving support system around as well ie. someone to lean on who encourages and loves unconditionally That way even when the darkness hits, it can be managed:) That's my optimism speaking and I believe it:) It is an interesting topic and that's why I posted it here. I believe your wife is a psychiatrist and I've always liked your mindset. The optimism is very similar to mine:) Sue
