I respect what you had to go through. Horrible, Horrible. As I've told you, I never saw combat in my military experience as we were in Germany defending against the Russians. But I've treated many combat soldiers with PTSD both in the private sector and when I worked in a Federal Prison many years ago. I heard their pain very clearly and helped them deal with it--even with my high IQ.
