Its sad when we STILL place emphasis on polls
Polls are a great way to generate "fake news." It turns public opinion, which is fickle, easily manipulated, and easy to misrepresent, into quantitative statistics.

People look at those stats and think that's what makes them "scientific." But the last election should have proven once and for all how unreliable these stats are.

Zzpat, of course, will believe anything. Brumar too. They're the reason why "fake news" works all too well.
