>You have again totally misstated Brinker's view.

I believe we are having a communication and/or comprehension void, since the only misstatements seem to be coming from you, mischaracterizing my posts. I have accurately stated Mr. Brinker's view, you may disagree with certain implications I attached to it, but I did not misstate his view of the market...it came directly from his radio comments and his newsletter.

>He could never claim to be right with this forecast
if the market declined significantly from current levels.

But he could and already has used previous significant declines to point out the accuracy of his warnings that there is a valuation ceiling and every time the S&P bumps up against said ceiling there are bearish, albeit temporary (so far) consequences.

>You apparently are into somekind of personal vendeta. Your
misstatements of his views are absurd.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, my friend. I do agree with you about some "absurd misstatements" being made, but disagree with as to the source and target of those misstatements. Please take the time to review my posts where I have made it clear that I respect this man's work as being top notch in every respect, stellar timing, excellent analysis, informative and entertaining on-the-air personality. Just because I am pointing out what I interpret as an intellectual hedge in his current market view does not equate to a personal vendetta....you should know that, as from your posts on this thread I suspect you yourself are an honorable, intelligent and savvy individual.

One last point directed to every participant on this thread:

It has come to my attention that some participants on this thread are using their real names while others are using an alias. I don't mean a nickname, I mean using a made up name to hide their real identity. That's fine, there is no law against such subterfuge. But it does say something in my book about credibility.
