Come on, Jay, get real. Did you ever lived in a corrupted country? Where majority is poor? Not the most corrupted in the world, but just corrupted? (Not that the U.S. isn't, but it is completely different here). I lived in such a country first 28 years of my life. People CANNOT CARE LESS were the proceeds will go. The "charity" word exist only in a society that can AFFORD it. Here, when you play charitable Bingo, it may warm your hart that the money you lost will be hopefully used on a good cause!!! But it does not work this way in a country where people are poor! Beleive me!

I can go on and on about corruption and police collecting bribes (BTW, just because their salary is not enough to support the family, and not because they are inherently bad), but I better stop here. I do not want to go back to this enforcement debate - we will just wait and see, in 6 months it will become obvious. I hope that we will see the good result.

I can also tell that in some countries (I do not know about V-land) people HATE the government so much, that if you put the sticker on the machine, it will be a repelling factor... Hopefully, not as strong as the attraction of 4k bucks.

Mentality of people outside U.S. is VERY different, guys. That is why it is very good to have a local partner!!
