So funny how this is reported as if huge fake out to the market. In reality there were a whopping 165 shares traded at 63 at 7:15 a.m. to get this explosive headline of... 17% premarket move! Never went higher than 55 after that on any real volume.

And as usual all the players somehow knew information well before any of this was finalized. they anncd bsft on the block earlier in year I suspect that is always sufficient to start the 'leaks' in earnest.
