The point is, in post WW2 modern times the US and Europe have ruled the world and there is plenty of written documentation and actions to prove without doubt that US foreign policy could give a sh*t about the 2nd and 3rd world peoples.

Yeah, well, the Korean war might have left an impression on them. Who's to say what would have happened if we never got involved with Russia and China in Korea?
