Some Correction for the time to implement the "Double point system" in China Auto industry. After the strong lobby from EU, U.S., Japan and S. Korea Auto industry against this new regulation, China now decided to postpone the starting time to April 1, 2018. And the New Energy Point calculation will not start until 2019. The good days in China for major Traditional auto industry around the world is numbered.
