Re your conversation with Joe; has anyone ever explained the actual terms of the pending acquisition? Saying it is a $17 million deal without describing how that is calculated and cuffs and collars involved, etc., leaves us very much in the dark, so no surprise stock is not trading near announced value. I have not seen a document filed outlining the terms. Is there one that I have missed? Thanks,
