And fires breaking out all over the area. They've caught 3 arsonist in the last 24 hours, one of them a woman on a bike who was setting very carefully planned fires.

The latest attacks are molotov cocktails thrown from cars along the freeways. The brush that grows alongside catches fire very easily. I'm watching a fire that's coming close to an RV storage facility - hundreds of RVs, trailers and campers are parked there. They're bringing in the aerial equipment now.
