My latest email from Techsmith regarding the accidental deletion of my Screencast.com account.

Hello Ron,

A few of my colleagues have mentioned that you called in asking about your Screencast account.

I have reached out to the Screencast dev team and they have told me that the content in the Screencast Pro account cannot be retrieved. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to get the 1.6gb of content back that was stored in your account. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We are more than happy to provide support for any other products you use through us, however.
