I suspect there are only a few states where middle class homeowners making 75-175k won't have their overall taxes raised if they can't deduct property taxes and state income taxes. But we need to see the exact brackets they are proposing.

This would obliterate the CA real estate market too. A few percent reduction in rates are no way going to compensate for paying full rate on the state taxes. In my case that's about $15k so almost a $4k tax increase.
