It is one of the best REIT's around along with Weingarten (WRI). Those are great investments for income producing instruments, but the oil sector is whats going to bring home the bacon. I am going to sell 1/2 of my ctxs position (which I bought at 12.75 and hope to sell at 80) into earnings announcement, and will be flush with cash to pick up some of these bargains, not to mention average down enormously. I just didn't think these bargains would still be around when I was in a position to sell ctxs. As they say in Aspen, "No guts No glory." green
