Been north hunting for a few weeks. Lots of activity in the exploration sector last summer.

The property you bring up is in the same area as Exgen's (Formerly Boxxer) DOK claims. Great location if Teck ever decides to move on the Galore Access Road. At present like the rest it is held hostage to no vehicle access like Romois Gold, Jaxon's Foremore lands. (Nee / Roca Mines property) Shaft Creek, and many others .
Sooner or later that will have to change. But with the Greens supporting the NDP to hold power in BC ( Both waving the environmental flag) I am a bit apprehensive on the chances of anything new that is resource based in BC moving very fast.
Copper Mountain mining is slow but has done well for me since I entered last August. They are drilling to increase resource base. hoping to extend LOM by 10 plus years. I'm thinking there should be decent upside yet longer term. At present I think Copper demand and pricing will still increase if Trump can keep the economy on the upswing.
Those with a revenue profits will lead the rise. As demand picks up copper should hit $3.60+ . At that point new resources will be needed to curb a shortfall. That is when the triangle plays should come to fruit. Galore and Shaft Creek definately be utilized at some point. There is just to much mineral there to ignore.

Just My thoughts
