King of the url's

I am looking for some SPECIFIC information. I would like to know where I could possibly find information about WHEN/IF buy/sell programs hit.

For instance, cnbc will say 4 buy programs hit making it look like one

It is easy to say if the market moved in a short time it is USUALLY due to a program.

That is not what I need. I need the information like CNBC has.

What is the best way to see if a program hit...

yesterday we went below the sell program level..but didnt see much downside.

This information will help me test the validity of the buy/sell trading levels.

Got any ideas?
