Jesse; Since you are the Mr. QDEK maybe you'll know an answer to this. There was a news break on Dec 23 for "Quarterdeck Settles Shareholder Litigation" biz.yahoo.com Any ideas as what this is ? I owned QDEK from 95-96 and lost my shirts when QDEK crashed down from $15 to $9. Henry
