I've actually said much of that: Russia hacked emails from Hillary. Trump asked Russia to do it. Of course, Russia surely had hacked Hillary's server years before .. she was a SoS who had no concern for security. Trump's campaign people bragged about leaks that were coming before they were released. How did the Trump campaign know what Russia had unless they were working with them? The Trumpov campaign was getting tips from Russia. And they were working together. Again, I've been pointing this out for a long time now. Second, the fact that both parties do research on the other party is not new. True. The error you make is suggesting that they become "compromised" when they hire someone to do the research. The exact opposite is true. If they did it themselves, they'd become compromised. I didn't say either Trumpov or Hillary were compromised by hiring oppo research. I said both were compromised by Russia because Russia had been able to get embarrassing dirt on them and steer money to them and their families. So both were financially and morally compromised.
