<The market is exploding> Yes, and it makes Lucent's spinoff from AT&T look rather odd when you see what Nortel's getting involved in lately. Honestly, I cannot understand why the baby bells aren't getting into cable; they treat it like the enemy when they're the ones who need to look at cable more than anyone! Maybe it's regulation, I don't know, it just doesn't make sense for any company to just say "they're the enemy" without at least making internal plans to "make friends with their enemies", if you get my drift... Dave
