It's never my intent to complain though it may sound different when read online. Most of the time I have a smile on my face with I talk to intelligent people. I like learning about other countries.

I think it's safe to say most countries don't want the help of other countries unless it's absolutely in their best interest. China doesn't need the US and the US could easily move away from China but if we have a trade war both our economies will be crippled. Free trade has been the cornerstone of success in China and around the world, even though I think we'd both agree China is unfair.

I realize the US subsidizes everything also and it's not something I support. I wish our governments would get out of the way and let businesses compete against each other and let the best company win. But that's not going to happen.

Almost every US bank allows foreign companies to buy stock in the bank so I'm not sure your last statement is correct. And of course, I buy stock in Chinese companies also. After the US, China is the second choice for investments and so far I've been rewarded very well.
