Yes, China's strategy for world trade is both sides winning. A lot of high tech product exported to ME, to Africa and to some Asian countries like Pakistan, are the whole package exports. So those countries can make their own. Just like a Chinese saying: Give a man a fish; you can only feed him for today. Teach a man to fish; so he can feed himself for a lifetime. The U.S. can keep all their high tech to themselves, who cares.
