Venice, no way. Lombardy, don't think they are too serious either.

Up North in Italy, the consensus has always been, that "Africa starts South of Salerno" and that the North is paying big to support the South thru the state subsidised "Mezzogiorno" projects aimed at helping the under developed South. But again, nothing like Catalonia here, really doubt it :)
