I don't recall making a "charge" on gun registration. I was with my brother-in-law in my state has he picked up a gun and it literally took a few minutes to get a background check. I stated it took a few minutes and some people said that's not possible since it takes longer in their state. I said each state has different standards, but the actual background check from the federal government takes a few minutes.
