I have had to fix this issue multiple times because, after each Windows update, I have to re-set it. I wish Microsoft would fix it in their software. (my PC restarts after maybe 5 seconds after being shut down) How to Fix shutdown problem in windows 10 - Howtosolveit youtube.com
