This just in. Many of the same old MM shorts found out that one brokerage firm signed a 2-11 to approve RMIL for trading, guess who are all falling into line and filing 2-11 to resume making a market in RMIL. That's right all the short MM's are tripping over themselves to file the forms. They can not remain short and not make a market in RMIL. Riley G
