housing stocks. I'm expecting that I will continue to hold CAA for LEN shares.

Conundrum: What to do when you see stocks or have shares in stocks within a sector (e.g. stickbuilders) and almost all these stocks in the sector are up substantially or are up at or near 12-mo highs, but one stock in that sector is lagging (hasn't really moved - and has declined somewhat from purchase price). Further, that company reports what appears to be a good quarter and outlook, and yet the stock falls on this news today. What to do, what to do? If I remember one of the guru investors (Lynch?) said, that that is a classic case of a stock you want to avoid -- if you're considering buying...don't. Maybe even sell, and/or buy one of the stocks in the sector that has been doing better.

Ah well, I add to my position in homebuilder NWHM anyway. Stock did close up a bit. Still looks like a value buy to me.
