Yes the AG food stocks that were the laggers are now reporting good results. BGS sales were +23% for the quarter. Kellogg had great earnings yesterday.

I hope the food deflation environment is over and it is more than a company specific move. Farmers need to capitalize on their record harvest and maybe they can get a modest price increase for their crops.

If a modest price rise can move up through the production/distribution channel maybe some of these specialty manufactures/distributors can see some margin expansion too.

I will be watching DF as milk prices are at/near lows and there has been little to no pricing power. Maybe they get some in their ice cream business.

There is still a lot of corn and soybeans coming to market w/ very good crop harvest. Prices still remain at/near multi year lows.
